There are two images taken of the same model from two different angle. The devil face shape actually made of variety layers.
They overlapping together so we see from top view is actually one shape.
This is a type of illusory pattern.

this could easily be transformed to a furniture. how about pattern or illusionary mapping? would be good to present both versions, even one translucent or with a special material.
